Longtime Perry Hall resident who gave guided tours of Baltimore dies

PERRY HALL, MD—A retired Baltimore teacher who gave guided tours of the city has died. Wayne R. Schaumburg, a longtime Perry Hall resident, enjoyed giving walking tours of Green Mount Cemetery and tracing the path of the Great Baltimore Fire of 1904 by bus and foot.  He died of pancreatic cancer this week at his home in Ocean View, Delaware. …
