Baltimore County secures new market agreement to recycle glass
TOWSON, MD—Baltimore County officials on Thursday announced the Department of Public Works – Bureau of Solid Waste Management has started a new glass recycling program in partnership with Cap Glass, Inc. of Connellsville, Pennsylvania.
