Baltimore County Fire Department promotes four to rank of Captain
TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department on Friday announced the promotion of four individuals. The following personnel have been promoted to the rank of Fire Captain: They are: Fire Lt. Jessica Greaver Fire Lt. Joshua Levin Fire Lt. Mark Stone Fire Lt. Travis Swonger The promotions will be effective July 17, 2021.
