Councilman Marks: Resurfacing to begin in Carney neighborhood
CARNEY, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks confirmed on Friday that a key section of Ferguson Road west of Northwind Road in Carney will be resurfaced over the next week, weather permitting.
