House fire reported in Joppa

JOPPA, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Saturday afternoon house fire in Joppa. The fire was reported at around 12:15 p.m. in the 2400-block Mountain Road. Arriving units found fire in the basement of the residence, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company. Motorists should expect delays on MD 152 between Singer Road and Jerusalem Road.
