ROSSVILLE, MD—An overturned tractor-trailer caused traffic headaches for motorists on Friday morning. The crash occurred at around 5:00 a.m. on Friday morning along the southbound I-95 exit ramp onto westbound I-695 toward Towson. Tow units responded to upright the tractor-trailer and no injuries were reported. The ramp was reopened at just before 9 a.m.
