CARNEY, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Tuesday morning crash in Carney. The crash was reported along East Joppa Road at just before 7:30 a.m. E. Joppa Road has been shut down in both directions between Magledt Road and Avondale Road. There has been no word on any injuries. Motorists should use an alternate route.
