Four residential burglaries reported to Essex Precinct
Police in Baltimore County are investigating four burglaries that were reported to the Essex Precinct. Sometime between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24, a suspect entered a residence in the 1600 block of Frenchs Avenue, 21221, by unknown means.
