BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department has promoted three of its members. On Monday, Fire Chief Joanne R. Rund announced the promotion of three individuals to the rank of Fire Captain. The newly promoted members are: Fire Lt. Samuel Bramwell Fire Lt. Shawn Magaro Fire Lt. David Weis III Their promotions are effective March 27.
