NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police in Baltimore County asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Middle River boy. Reginald Ross, 13, was last seen on March 23rd. He is around 5’4″ tall and weighs about 110 pounds. Reginald was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and sweatpants.
