CARNEY, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Thursday night crash on I-695 in Carney. The crash was reported at around 9:45 p.m. along the inner loop just past White Marsh Boulevard (Exit 43C). All inner loop lanes are currently blocked. There has been no word on any injuries. Motorists should use caution in the area.
