Rosedale woman celebrates 104th birthday

ROSEDALE, MD—On Monday, Councilman David Marks and the Baltimore County Department of Aging helped a local woman celebrate her 104th birthday. Rose Boughter, of Rosedale, survived the Spanish flu as an infant. She lived in Hampden where she and her husband operated Davis’ Grocery, then she moved to Rosedale.
