BALTIMORE, MD—U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake on Wednesday sentenced former Maryland State Delegate Cheryl Diane Glenn, 68, of Baltimore, to two years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for federal honest services wire fraud and bribery.
