Driver rescued in Joppa after truck strikes pole, bringing down wires

JOPPA, MD—Crews rescued a driver following a Friday morning crash in Joppa. At around 7 a.m., a box truck struck a utility pole in the area of Stockton Road at Atkisson Road.
