ABINGDON, MD—Crews are on the scene of a serious crash with rescue on Interstate 95 in Harford County. The crash was reported at around 9:45 a.m. on August 15 along southbound I-95 just past Exit 77 (MD 24). Southbound I-95 has been shut down and Maryland State Police Aviation Command is responding. Motorists should use an alternate route.
