Crews are on the scene of a Monday morning water main break in White Marsh. Baltimore County officials say the break occurred 10300 block of Vincent Farm Lane (21162). Approximately 40 residents and 1 fire hydrant have been left without water service. Crews from the Department of Public Works are now on the scene and repairs are in progress.
