PARKVILLE, MD—Investigators from the Maryland State Police Computer Crimes Unit have arrested a Harford County man on child pornography charges. The accused, identified as Lewis Blandon, 38, of Edgewood, is employed as a teacher. Blandon has been charged with five counts of possession of child pornography. Apartment fire reported in Fullerton

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Wednesday evening apartment fire in Fullerton. The fire was reported at around 7 p.m. in the 7900-block of Marfield Place (21236).
