Water main break reported in Parkville

PARKVILLE, MD—A water main in the Parkville area has left several residents without service. The Department of Public Works reports that an eight-inch diameter main has ruptured in the 9800-block of Summit Avenue (21234). Approximately 100 water services are currently out. Crews are on the scene and making repairs. Motorists should use caution in the area.

ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Larry Hogan on Monday announced that the State of Maryland’s COVID-19 positivity rate has dropped below 4% for the first time since November 2nd.
