JOPPA, MD – Crews are on the scene of a Saturday morning crash in Joppa. The crash was reported at around 9 a.m. along northbound Interstate 95 just prior to the Mountain Road exit. Injuries have been reported. The two right lanes of I-95 just prior to Mountain Road are blocked. Motorists should expect delays in the area.
