BOWLEYS QUARTERS, MD—Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 71-year-old grandmother and her 4-year-old granddaughter who were last seen Tuesday evening in the Bowleys Quarters area.
Linda Dowell, 71, and Ellanora Dowell, 4, were reported missing after they failed to return home. According to police, the pair was last seen on Tuesday, Sept. 23, at approximately 6 p.m.
Linda Dowell is described as a white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. Her granddaughter, Ellanora Dowell, is 3 feet tall and weighs about 40 pounds.
The two are believed to be traveling in a white 2012 Lexus RX-350 with Maryland license plate M800790.
The Baltimore County Police Department is urging anyone with information on their whereabouts to contact them immediately. If you have seen Linda or Ellanora Dowell, or the vehicle described, please call 911 or the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-887-2222.
