Suspect arrested, charged with attempted murder in Towson stabbing

TOWSON, MD—A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder in connection with a stabbing that occurred in late July, Baltimore County Police announced on Saturday.

Daniel Johnson is accused of stabbing a 57-year-old woman multiple times on July 31 in the 1800-block of Glen Keith Boulevard (21286).

Officers who responded to the scene found the victim with multiple puncture wounds. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Detectives with the department’s Violent Crimes Unit investigated the case, leading to Johnson’s arrest.

Johnson is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
