SEPT. 17 POLICE BLOTTER: Assault, robberies, and burglaries reported in northeast Baltimore County

NOTTINGHAM, MD—The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating an assault and a series of robberies & burglaries that have occurred across the county over the past week, according to the latest crime blotter.

Police reported burglaries in Rosedale, Parkville, and Carney between Sept. 10 and Sept. 14. An unknown suspect stole property from a home on the unit block of Towns Court in Rosedale around 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 14. In Parkville, a group of suspects burglarized a location on the 7900 block of Harford Road at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 10. A third burglary took place in Carney on the 2700 block of 2nd Avenue around 10 a.m. on Sept. 13.

The department also reported multiple robberies in Essex and one in Parkville and Middle River.

In Essex, police arrested suspects in a robbery on Punjab Drive and Sandalwood Road on Sept. 12. On the same day, a victim was threatened with a weapon by a known suspect on Back River Neck Road and Middleborough Road. On Sept. 14, multiple suspects robbed victims on the 800 block of Brunswick Road. An attempted robbery took place on the 1000 block of Old Eastern Avenue on Sept. 15.

In Middle River, a suspect was arrested after attempting to rob a victim on the 1300 block of Martin Boulevard on Sept. 16. That same day, a robbery was reported on the 7700 block of Harford Road in Parkville.

Police have not released any further details on the incidents or the suspects involved.
