PERRY HALL, MD—A busy Perry Hall road will be closed for much of September, according to Councilman David Marks.
The Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation has approved a closure of Chapel Road from September 10 to September 24 for utility work.
Local traffic for those who live on the route will be allowed, but there will be flaggers detouring traffic to alternate routes.
Chapel Hills Farm & Nursery Inc. will be open.
“Let me be very clear – I am very unhappy with the poor advance notice provided on this change, and I’ve communicated that to the leadership of the Department,” said Councilman Marks. “I wanted to pass this along as soon as I found out.”
