ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing woman.

Sidney Fowlkes, 20, is 5’03” tall and weighs 130 pounds.

She was last seen in the Essex area at around 3 p.m. on August 29 wearing a white multi-colored top, a blue sweatshirt and shorts, and green/blue flip flops.

Anyone with information on Sidney Fowlkes’ whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call police at  410-887-0220.
