Mariner Finance to open new office in White Marsh

WHITE MARSH, MD—Kenwood Management Company on Wednesday announced it has finalized a seven-year lease with Mariner Finance for a new office location in Nottingham/White Marsh.

The consumer finance company will occupy a 4,332-square-foot space at 8007 Corporate Drive (21236), part of Kenwood’s Tyler Ridge Office Park.

Mariner Finance offers a range of financial products, including personal, auto, and home loans, and also provides services for debt consolidation and home improvements.

The lease agreement was brokered by Henson Ford, Matthew Mueller, and Dylan Bozel of Mackenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, who represented both Kenwood and Mariner.

Kenwood Management owns five properties within the Tyler Ridge Office Park, which total 166,614 square feet. The park is located near the intersection of Interstate 695 and Interstate 95, just north of Baltimore.

“We are very pleased to welcome Mariner Finance to our growing list of corporate tenants in White Marsh,” said Tom Driscoll, Kenwood’s asset manager. “Mariner’s leasing team has been a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.”

Other corporate tenants in the office park include Medstar, Kaiser Permanente, Keller Williams, and Fresenius. The park is within walking distance of The Avenue, a retail center with numerous restaurants and amenities.

According to Kenwood, the office park’s current occupancy rate is 93%. Three suites, ranging from 2,508 to 9,081 square feet, are still available for lease.
