UPPER MARLBORO, MD—An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing Maryland child.

Shannon Collins, 36 (pictured below), and 1-year-old Day-Rene Collins (pictured below) were last at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, August 30 in the 4200-block of Captain Perry Court in Upper Marlboro (20772).

Shannon Collins is 6’1” tall and weighs 215 pounds. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants. Day-Rene Collins was last seen wearing a white onesie. Shannon is believed to be operating a Gray 2022 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport with Maryland Tag “8GK3445.”

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1.
