PARKVILLE, MD—North Plaza Shopping Center will host a Summer Festival and Sidewalk Sale on Saturday, Aug. 16, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will feature all types of music and live bands, along with a variety of family-friendly activities.

Attendees can enjoy food, family games, sidewalk vendors, sales, a balloon artist, face painting, a moon bounce, costume characters, store giveaways, an antique car show, hourly raffles and drawings, and karaoke contests. In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled for Aug. 23.
