OVERLEA, MD—Police in Baltimore County are seeking tips on a 1992 cold case.
Detectives are seeking information in regard to the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Paul Monk.
On the night of August 5, 1992, Monk was found lying in a parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds in the 6700-block of Belair Road (21206).
