Suspects arrested after baby deer found dead in Perry Hall

PERRY HALL, MD—Police say several suspects have been arrested in connection with a baby deer that was found dead in Perry Hall last week after being badly burned.

The fawn’s body was discovered on Thursday morning, July 24, along Bangert Avenue with ropes tied around its neck after having apparently been burned.

Authorities came and removed the dead deer.  The next day, a burned glove and other singed items could still be seen in the roadway.

On Friday afternoon, Councilman David Marks said that the Baltimore County Police Department had made several arrests, although no identities have yet been released.
