WHITE MARSH, MD—White Marsh Mall will be holding a special American Girl doll-themed event this Friday.

The event will take place 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on August 1 and will feature arts & crafts, a live book reading, and attendees will get to meet Clare Hutton, the author behind the 2025 American Girl doll story.

The 2025 American Girl doll is named Summer McKinny, and she is from Columbia, Maryland.

White Marsh Mall’s Kid’s Club events are held on the first and last Friday of each month, unless instructed otherwise. Each event is family-friendly and completely free to attend.

Friday’s event is presented by the the Maryland SPCA.
