Police investigating two weekend shootings in Baltimore County

TOWSON, MD—Police are investigating two shootings that occurred over the weekend in Baltimore County.

The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at approximately 6:15 a.m. on Friday July 25, 2025. Officers located a 56-year-old male with an apparent gunshot wound in the 6700-block of Windsor Mill Road (21207). The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threating injuries.

As detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit continue to investigate this shooting, they are asking anyone with information about this case to contact 410-307-2020.

Detectives are also investigating a double shooting that occurred in Woodlawn on Saturday, July 26th.  At just after 11:45 p.m., officers were notified of two walk-in shooting victims at a local hospital. The shooting was determined to have occurred in the 8700-block of Liberty Road (21133). An 18-year-old male suffered serious injuries to the upper body, and the second victim, who is also an 18-year-old male, suffered what appeared to be a non-life-threatening injury.
