ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing person.

Carlos Hernandez-Alicea, 29, is 5’9” tall and weighs 180 pounds.

He was last seen at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23 in the Essex wearing a blue shirt, black shorts, and black shoes. Carlos may be driving a red Toyota Corolla with MD tag “4DF8822.” Authorities say he may be in need of assistance.

Anyone with information on Carlos Hernandez-Alicea’s whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call police at 410-887-0220.
