TOWSON, MD—On behalf of the Baltimore County Police Department, a Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 61-year-old man.

Carl Francis Sailes is 5’9” tall and weighs 190 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

He was last seen at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, in the Cockeysville area wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and gray shoes.

Authorities believe he is operating a black, 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 with MD tag “MIL4242.”

Anyone with information on Carl Francis Sailes’ whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-887-0221.
