NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a robbery, two assaults, and two burglaries that were reported over the past week.
At approximately 11:30 a.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025, an armed suspect assaulted someone in the 1000-block of Old Eastern Avenue in Essex (21221). The suspect was subsequently arrested.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on Friday, July 11, a burglarized a business located in the 6400-block of Petrie Way in Rosedale (21237) and stole property.
At around midnight on Saturday, July 12, a group of suspects burglarized a business located in the 7600-block of Belair Road in Overlea/Fullerton (21236).
At approximately 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, a suspect assaulted someone in the 8300-block of Hillendale Road in Hillendale (21234).
At approximately 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, multiple armed suspects robbed someone in the 6600-block of Glenbarr Court in Hillendale (21234).
