JACKSONVILLE, MD—A Baltimore County man celebrated a huge milestone this week.
Chester Meros turned 110 years old on Monday, becoming the oldest living person in Maryland and the fourth-oldest person in the country.
Chester is a regular at the Jacksonville Senior Center.
The oldest living person in the United States is currently Naomi Whitehead, who was born on September 26, 1910, making her 114 years old. She resides in Pennsylvania.
I want to wish a very happy 110th birthday to Chester, a regular at our Jacksonville Senior Center!
