MIDDLE RIVER, MD—Crews responded to a house fire in the Middle River area on Sunday evening.
The fire broke out at around 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, in the unit block of Bird River Road, according to the Baltimore County Professional Firefighters Association.
Units arrived to find heavy smoke and fire showing from a building that had been converted to apartments. Bystanders reported persons trapped.
Firefighters immediately began search and rescue efforts. Additional personnel Essex, Golden Ring, Chase, and Eastview operated on the initial alarm.
The blaze was eventually extinguished, all parties were rescued, and no injuries were reported.
