Fire sweeps through building at Dundee Creek Marina

UPDATE: The Office of the State Fire Marshal reports that it took 40 firefighters approximately 20 minutes to control the blaze, which resulted in $500,000 in damages and was caused by a malfunctioning freezer unit.

MIDDLE RIVER, MD—Crews responded to a building fire in Middle River early on Saturday morning.

The fire was reported at just after 6 a.m. on June 28, 2025, in an office building at Dundee Creek Marina, located in the 7400-block of Graces Quarters Road, according to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company.

Arriving units found fire showing through the roof of the structure.

There has been no word on any injuries or what caused the blaze.
