Vacant property torn down in Middle River

MIDDLE RIVER, MD—A longtime vacant property has been torn down in Middle River.

Delegate Ryan Nawrocki on Wednesday announced that the deteriorated property at the corner of Pawnee Road and Wampler Road (21220) has been razed.

“For years, we’ve been working to take down this long-vacant, dangerously deteriorated property at the corner of Pawnee Road and Wampler Road—and TODAY, it finally happened,” Delegate Nawrocki said on Wednesday.

“This is a big win for the neighborhood, and I’m proud to have played a part in making it happen,” Nawrocki added. “Thank you to my dedicated partners, Baltimore County Councilman David Marks and Delegate Kathy Szeliga, for teaming up to remove this eyesore.”
