14-year-old arrested in connection with northeast Baltimore robberies, carjacking

BALTIMORE, MD—Police in Baltimore have arrested a 14-year-old male in connection with three separate crimes, including a carjacking and an armed robbery, that occurred within the city’s Northeast District on June 22, 2025.

Investigators identified the juvenile as a suspect in a stolen vehicle incident reported at 12:18 a.m. in the 1900-block of Northbourne Road. Later that morning, he was linked to a carjacking that took place at 6:47 a.m. in the 5300-block of Perring Parkway. The teen is also accused of a commercial armed robbery involving a grocery delivery driver in the 1200-block of Woodbourne Avenue.

According to police, the suspect was wearing a GPS monitor at the time of the incidents due to prior offenses.

Detectives arrested the 14-year-old on June 23 without incident. He was transported to the Juvenile Justice Center, where he faces charges in connection with the three crimes. Police did not release further details on the specific charges.
