BALTIMORE, MD—Two Powerball tickets sold in Baltimore County have brought significant wins, with one lucky player nabbing a $1 million prize and another securing $50,000, the Maryland Lottery announced.
The $1 million winning ticket was purchased at the Soda Pop Shop, located at 6428 Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville. The $50,000 third-tier winning ticket was sold at Woodlawn Mart, found at 6610 Security Boulevard in Woodlawn.
Both tickets matched numbers from the June 4 drawing. The winning numbers were 5, 17, 23, 35, and 45, with a Powerball of 24.
Maryland Lottery officials urge all winners to sign the back of their tickets and keep them in a secure place. Winners have 182 days from the drawing date to claim their prizes. For prizes exceeding $25,000, claims must be made at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore, with appointments required for in-person claims.
This marks the second $1 million Powerball win in Maryland for 2025.
