MIDDLE RIVER, MD—Elected officials who represent the Bird River and Middle River areas in Baltimore County will host a virtual meeting this week to discuss next steps in the county’s midge mitigation efforts.
The Zoom meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
“We are working very closely with Senator J.B. Jennings, Delegates Ryan Nawrocki and Kathy Szeliga, and County Executive Kathy Klausmeier to look at options,” said Councilman David Marks on Monday. “The Maryland Waterways Foundation has also been consulted.”
The Zoom meeting can accommodate up to 100 participants. The meeting will be recorded so the information can be shared.
