TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department has promoted two of its members.

Fire Chief Joseph Dixon, Sr., has announced the promotions of 2 BCoFD members to the ranks of EMS and Fire Lieutenant.

• Fire Lieutenant:
  • FS Steven Hinch

The following promotions are effective May 31, 2025.
