ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing woman.

Jacqueline Cespedes, 48, is 5’07” tall and weighs 190 pounds.

She was last seen at 9:30 p.m. on Monday, May 12, 2025 in the Essex area operating a black Volkswagen Tiguan with MD plate “4GD0513.”  She is wearing a blue shirt, gray sweatpants, and blue Crocs.

Authorities say Jacqueline is experiencing a mental health crisis.

Anyone with information on Jacqueline Cespedes’ whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call police at 410-887-0220.
