PERRY HALL, MD—A downed tree is backing up traffic along Belair Road on Friday afternoon.

Councilman David Marks reports that the tree came down along northbound Route 1 in the area of Miller Road (21128).

Several lanes are blocked and the Maryland State Highway Administration has been alerted.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
