Five people shot overnight in Baltimore County, police seeking tips

WOODLAWN, MD—Police are investigating after five people were shot overnight in Baltimore County.

Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting that occurred at around 12:30 a.m. on Friday, May 2, 2025 in the 1800-block of Woodlawn Drive.

Officers responded to the scene following reports of a shooting. When authorities arrived, they located two adult males both with gunshot wounds. Detectives later learned of three additional walk-in victims at area hospitals.

As the search for suspects and persons of interest continues, detectives are asking anyone with information to contact 410-887-4636 (INFO).  Information may also be provided anonymously by contacting Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-756-2587(7LOCKUP). Information provided by phone or online through Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000. Residents may also provide details about this crime through the Baltimore County Police Department’s iWATCH program.
