NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing teen.
Emma Baisire, 17, is 5’09” tall and weighs 119 pounds.
She was last seen at around 10 p.m. on Monday, April 28, 2025 in the Franklin area wearing a sweatshirt, black shorts, and orange Crocs.
Authorities say Emma may be experiencing a mental crisis and may need assistance.
Anyone with information on Emma Baisire’s whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call police at 410-887-6975.
