BALTIMORE, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for the Baltimore area.
The watch will be in effect from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Sunday, January 19, 2025.
Forecasters say heavy snow is possible during this time as the storm makes its way through central Maryland.
Total snow accumulations of up to around 5 inches are possible.
Motorists should plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact travel throughout the area on Sunday.
