SPARKS, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Friday afternoon crash on Interstate 83 in Baltimore County.

The crash was reported at around 1 p.m. on November 1 along northbound I-83 prior to Exit 24 (Belfast Road).

I-83 has been shut down in both directions at the Belfast Road exit.

There has been no word on any injuries.  Motorists should expect heavy delays in the area.
