LINOVER, MD—The Linover Improvement Association will present its annual Halloween costume contest and parade this weekend for paid members of the association.
Registration begins at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, with festivities beginning at 2 p.m.
There will be a costume contests for children, adults, and pets.
The event will be located at Alberta Avenue between Sipple Avenue & Elinor Avenue. Judging will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. from judging area to Linover Park at Terrace Drive.
The parade will begin at 2:15 p.m.
The Halloween costume contest is open to paid members of the Linover Improvement Association.
