PARKVILLE, MD—Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred in the Parkville area earlier this month.
Baltimore County Police Department homicide detectives have arrested and charged 44-year-old James Clark with first-degree murder in connection with the homicide that occurred on September 2, 2024. At approximately 4:20 p.m., officers responded to the 8400 block of Leefield Road (21234) for a report of shots fired.
When authorities arrived on the scene, they located 43-year-old Romy Bogier suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. Bogier was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A second man was injured in the shooting.
James Clark is currently held on a no-bond status at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
